It's the first day of spring. Time to harvest some of my favorite edible greens. While there are dozens of edible plants to enjoy in eastern Pennsylvania, here are three of my favorites: Pennsylvania bitter cress, Chickweed, and my all time favorite, wild broccoli raab.
