Fermented condiments: Worcestershire sauce

Fermented condiments offer a new world of nutrition and flavor to year-round cooking. We will make a selection of 4 of the following choices:

  • My famous fermented Worcestershire Sauce (with a vegan option)
  • Tamari/soy sauce
  • Fermented tomato and pepper salsas and hot sauce
  • Fermented garlic
  • Fermented lemons
  • Turmeric-ginger sauce depending on availability
  • Fire Cider- The legendary folk remedy made from vinegar, garlic, turmeric, cayenne, horseradish and spices. It is a tasty, zesty vinaigrette and helpful reliever of cold and flu symptoms.

Cost: 3 hour class is $150 for up to 3 students. Each additional student is $25.

All classes are held in a clean, spacious, well ventilated studio. Each student will have their own station.
